Summary
The Pallet Accuglide ZoneFlex Accumulation Conveyor is a zero-
pressure, electronically controlled and pneumatically operated live
roller conveyor. It utilizes a continuous urethane driver attached to
a chain as the drive medium. The urethane driver contacts the
bottom surface of the carrier rollers to provide the driving force to
move the loads. The conveyor consists of multiple accumulation
zones, each equipped with an electronic sensor and air actuators,
which raise and lower the urethane driver.

• Drive Section - 6 feet 0 inches.
• Tail End Section - 6 feet 0 inches.
• Intermediate Sections - 4 or 5 foot single zone and 8 or 10 foot
double zone.
Right or Left Hand Drive.

3/4 HP to 2 HP C-Face motor attached to a C-Face right-angle
reducer. Drive configuration is an underhung arrangement.
Extruded urethane drive pad (with embedded wear strip indicator)
attached to #50 roller chain with extended pins. Maximum chain
pull capacity is 650 lb.
Manual, screw type adjustment in Tail End Section.
2-1/2 inch diameter x 11 ga tube (galvanized) with 11/16-inch hex
shaft, spring loaded with bearings. Available with optional shaft
spanner tubes. Mounted high in the frame. A 2.56-inch dia x 7
gage non-galvanized tube is also available for more demanding
applications.
Automatic, magnetic style standard or optional solenoid operated
style.
