4 Battery Power Supply
The below sample table explains how to calculate the actual load and current consumption. As a sample, in the first row, a Main Circuit Board’s consumption is
explained with sample data.
4.1 The Columns and Their Usage
The total current value required for a device is derived by entering the number of devices in the Qty (Quantity) column. The number of devices multiplied by the current
draw value provides the required total current value.
Device Type: Enter the name of the devices in your panel setup. For example, Main Circuit Board. Qty: Number of devices in your panel setup. For example, 1.
Current Draw: The current draw value of the device. For example, 0.180000.
For the maximum standby current value, refer the Device Compatibility document.
Similarly, if applicable, provide the values for the Secondary Alarm Current. If the secondary alarm current is not applicable for a device, do not enter that value.
