2. Remove the six Phillips 2.5 × 6.0 screws (1) from under the feet and the four Phillips 2.5 × 7.0 screws (2)
that secure the bottom cover to the computer.
3. Starting near the bottom-left of the bottom cover, use a nonmarking, nonconductive tool to release the
edges of the bottom cover from the computer (1).
To replace the bottom cover and rubber feet, reverse the removal procedures.
Battery
To remove the battery, use this procedure and illustration.
