Measures Frequency.
The measurement arming mode is set to digits. The Counter uses the
<expected_value> and <resolution> parameters to configure the number of digits
of resolution arming setting.
The Channel 1 or Channel 2 trigger settings are coupled so that the measurement
channel has auto-trigger enabled at 50% with a positive slope.

<expected_value>
range: .100 Hz to 225 MHz
resolution: <expected value> should be within 10% of input
frequency for optimum arming configuration
default: 10 MHz
Ch1, Ch2 <resolution>
description: value indicates decade corresponding to least significant
digit of the result
range: 1E-16 to 1E6 Hz
value which indicates 3 to 15 digits of resolution for the
specified <expected value>
resolution: <resolution> should use a mantissa of 1.0 and be an
even power of 10
