Queries the Counter identification.
A sequence of ASCII-encoded bytes:
HEWLETT-PACKARD, 53131A,0,XXXX
or
HEWLETT-PACKARD, 53132A,0,XXXX
terminated with a new line and EOI.
XXXX represents the firmware date code.
This query should be the last query in a terminated program message; otherwise,
error -440 is generated.
