The commands for array input and output require the
user to set the data format for transfers in and out of
the instrument. Refer to

These commands input an individual error coefficient array. Before
sending an array, issue a

command, where XXXX specifies
the calibration type of the data. Then input the array or arrays. Lastly
store the data with

The instrument goes into hold, displaying
uncorrected data. Complete the process by triggering a sweep. See
