These 5 commands output the raw measurement data. Normally, array 1
holds the current parameter. If a 2-port calibration is active, the arrays
hold Sll, S21, S12, and S22, respectively:

INSMEXSM.
OUTPSEGAF
Outputs the segment number and it’s limit
test status for all active segments.
OUTPSEGAM
OUTPSEGF
Outputs the limit test min/max for all
segments. Outputs the segment number,
max stimulus, max value, min stimulus,
min value for all active segments.
Outputs the limit test status for a specified
segment. See SELSEG[D].
Outputs limit test min/max for a specified
segment. See SELSEG[D].
Outputs I’s sequence listing. Range: 1 to
6.

Outputs the serial number of the analyzer.

Outputs the status byte.

Specifies the input GPIO bit to be used by
IFBIHIGH and IFBILOW tests. Range: 0 to
4.
