5. Lift the top of the touchpad up to approximately 30°, and then pull it into the computer to remove it (5).
To install the touchpad, reverse this procedure.
Speakers
To remove the speakers, use this procedure and illustration.

Before removing thespeakers, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 25).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 27).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 28).
Remove the speakers:
1. Disconnect the speaker cables from the system board (1).
2. Remove the two Phillips M1.6 × 2.5 screws from each speaker (2).
3. Remove the left speaker cable from the routing channel and Mylar clip (3).
