Procedure
1. Navigate to http://www.hpe.com/support/hpesc.
2. Enter D6000 as the product name and click Go.
3. Select HPE D6000 Disk Enclosure from the Results list.
4. Select the Manuals tab, and then select the Service and Maintenance link.
Identifying the StoreOnce processor model
Both processors in the server node must be the same model. Always replace a faulty processor with a
processor of the same model.
IMPORTANT: The E5-2680v2 processor is only supported on StoreOnce software version 3.12.0
and later. Update all firmware to the latest provided in the 3.12.0+ software release before backing
up to a server node configured with the E5-2680v2 CPU.
Procedure
1. Use the StoreOnce GUI to identify the processor model. Go to Hardware — Server — CPU.
2. Look at the information in the Model column.
