Follow-up Operations
Put the removed component into the ESD box or bag and then place the ESD box or bag
into the carton box with foams or the bag of the new component.
Fill in the fault card with the information about the removed component.
Contact your local Huawei office to handle the faulty component.
5.3 Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
Fault Generation
Condition
1. The electrochemical
cell voltage
sampling circuit is
faulty.
2. The electrochemical
cell temperature
sampling circuit is
faulty.
1. The welding point for
electrochemical cell
voltage sampling is
loose or disconnected.
2. The voltage sampling
terminal is
disconnected.
3. The fuse in the
voltage sampling
circuit is blown.
4. The electrochemical
cell temperature
sensor has failed.
The voltage of the
electrochemical cell is
low or unbalanced.
1. Due to large
self-discharge, the
electrochemical cell
overdischarges to
below 2.0 V after
long-term storage.
2. The electrochemical
cell is damaged by
external factors, and
short circuits,
pinpricks, or crushing
occurs.
1. The busbar voltage
is greater than 59.4
V in charging state.
2. The maximum
electrochemical cell
voltage is greater
than 3.9 V.
NOTE
According to different
electrochemical cells, the
maximum
electrochemical cell
1. The busbar input
voltage exceeds the
normal value.
2. Cells are not
consistent. The
capacity of some
electrochemical cells
deteriorates too fast or
the internal resistance
of some
electrochemical cells
is too high.
If the ESM cannot
be recovered due
to protection
against
abnormality,
contact local
Huawei engineers
to rectify the fault.
