The customer does not service ESMs based on the appropriate operation guide. For
example, the customer does not periodically check whether ESM terminal screws are
tightened.

The customer connects extra loads to ESMs.

The customer mixes Huawei ESMs with other ESMs, which causes the acceleration of
capacity deterioration. For example, the customer uses Huawei ESMs together with the
ESMs of other brands or rated capacities, or with old ESMs.

The ESM is stolen or damaged.

The ESM warranty expires.
