Demontering
Montera kolvstoppet i tandstif+shdet. OBS! utnyttja gangans hela Iangd.
Lossa kopplingen i pilens riktning och Iyft bort den. Rengor delarna.
Disassembly
Assemble the piston stop in the spark plug hole.
NOTE! Use the whole length of the thread.
Loosen the clutchin the directionof the arrow and remove the clutch drum.
Clean the parts.
Demontage
Kolbenanschlagim Zundkerzenloch einsetzen.
Merke! Die ganze Gewindelange ausnutzen.
Kupplung in Pfeilrichtung Iosen und die Kupplungstrommel ausbauen.
Die Teile reinigen.
Demontage
Monter I’arret du piston clans/e trou de la bougie.
Important! Utiliser toute la Iongueur du filetage.
Desserrer I’embrayage clansIe sens de la fleche et deposer /e tambour
d’embrayage. Nettoyer /es pieces.
Desmontaje
Montar el tope de piston en el orificio de la bujia.
NOTA! Usar toda la Iongitud de la rosca.
Desmontar el embrague en el sentido de la flecha y quitar el tambor del
mismo. Limpiar Ias piezas.
Demontera koppllngsbackarna fr~n navet genom att pressa dem bort
fr~n ekrarna.
Disassemble the clutch shoes from the centre and press them away from
the spokes.
Kupplungsbacken von der Nabe Iosen, indem sie aus den Speichen
herausgepresst werden.
Demonter /es masselottes en Ies sortant des rayons 2 la presse.
Desmontardel cubo Iaszapatas del embragueapartandolasde Iosrayos,
Kontrollera.sIitagetpa kopplingsbackarna.
Det m~ste finnas minst 1 mm gods kvar p5 det mest slitna stallet.
OBSERVERA!
Vid ev. byte m?xstealla kopplingsbackarna bytas samtidigt.
Check the wear on the clutch shoes.
Theshoe must have at least 1mm of material left at the most wornpart.
PLEASENOTE!
Whenexchangingclutchshoes,alwaysexchangeallshoesat thesame time.
Kupplungsbacken auf Verschleiss uberprufen. Die am meisten verschlis-
sene Stelle muss 1 mm clicksein.
ACHTUNG!
Bei einem eventuellen Austausch, alle Kupplungsbacken gleichzeitig
auswechseln.
Examiner I’etat d’usure des garnitures de masselottes.
II doit rester au moins 1 mm de matiere 2 I’endroit Ieplus use.
IMPORTANT!
En cas de replacement, toutes Ies masselottes doivent @tre rem-
placees simultanement.
Controlar el desgaste de Ias zapatas del embrague. Ha de quedar por 10
menos un 1 mm de material en el Iugar mas desgastado.
NOTA!
Las zapatashande cambiarsesiemprea lavez.
