Efterdragning
Pa grund av temperaturskillnaden mellan cylinder och vevhus m?wteen
efterdragning av cylinderskruvarnagoras.
Montera svard och kedja. Varmkor motorn under 2–3 min. och lilt motor-
s~gen kallna.
Dra at cylinderskruvarnakorsvismed ett moment av 11 Nm.
Retighten
Due to the differenceof temperaturebetween thecylinderand thecrankcase,
a retightening must be done of the cylinder screws.
Mount bar and chain. Warmup the engine during2–3 min. and then let the
chain saw cold off.
Pull the cylinder screws crosswise witha torque of 11 Nm.
Nachziehen
Aufgrund von Temperaturunterschieden zwischen Zylinder und Kurbelge-
hause mussen die Zylinderschrauben nachgezogen werden.
DieSchieneunddie Ketteeinbauen.Den Motor2–3 MinutenIangwarmlaufen
und die Motorsage abkuhlen lassen.
Die Zylinderschrauben kreuzweise mit einem Anzugsmoment von 11 Nm
festziehen.
Reajustage
Un reajustage est rendu necessaire par /es differences de temperature
apparaissant entre cylindreet carter de vilebrequin.
Monterguide-chaine. Fairechaufferlemoteurpendant2a 3 minuteset Iaisser
refroidir.
Serrerles visen diagonale, couple: 11 Nm.
Reapriete
A causa de la diferencia de temperatures entre el cilindro y el carter es
necesario hacer el reapriete de Iostorniilos del cilindro.
Montar la espada y lacadena. Poneren marcha el motor y dejarlo funcionar
2–3 minutes para que se caliente, y dejar que se enfrie la motosierra.
Apretar Iostornillos alternativamente a 11 Nm.
Trasiga gangor i kompositmaterial
Ta bort skruvenoch resterna av den trasiga gangan ur h~let.
Montera darefter overdimensionsskruvnr 5032122-01.
Defect threads in the composite material
Remove the screw and the rest of the defect thread from the hole.
Thenmount the over sized screw Ref. No. 5032122-01.
Verschlissene Gewinde im Kompositmaterial
lle
Schraube und die Reste des verschlissenen Gewindes aus dem Loch
entfernen.
Danach die Uberdimensionsschraube Nr. 5032122-01 einsetzen.
Taraudages endommages clans Ies materiaux
composites.
Deposer la viset /es filets restants.
Monter ensuite une visAsurprofiln“50321 22-01.
Roscas estropedas de material de composito
Quitar el tornilloy Ios restos de la rosca estropeada del orificio.
Montar a continuation el tornillo sobredimensionado nro. 5032122-01.
