Adjusting the gear-toothed belt
To adjust tension of the gear-toothed belt, use the
tensioning tool and a torque wrench set
at 30–35 Nm.

2. Position the tensioning tool over the gearwheels
(A) and (B).
3. Turn the tensioning tool using a torque wrench
that is set at 30–35 Nm.
4. Screw the adjusting screw (13) so that it presses
against the tensioning arm.
5. Secure the adjusting screw with the locknut (14).
6. Tighten the screws (16) and (17) underneath the
plate for the tensioning arm.
7. Feel the gear-toothed belt to make certain that it
is properly stretched.
1. Unscrew the screws (16) and (17) underneath
the plate.
