Microswitch for the grass collector
The microswitch is located on the rear plate.
Trouble shooting the microswitch for the grass
collector
The pins that are to make contact with each other in
the respective modes are marked with a cross (X).
Measure the resistance between the pins with an
ohmmeter. The resistance may not exceed 0.5 .
The microswitch must be replaced if the resistance
is more than 1000 .
Dismantling
CAUTION
The rear plate will fall to the ground when
the screws of the plate are removed.
Therefore, support the plate to prevent
damage to cables and the plate.
1. Remove the six screws (3).
2. Remove the eight screws (4).
3. Mark the cables with tape to simplify
identification when refitting.
4. Disconnect the cables.
5. Remove the nut (6) and take out the
microswitch.
Mounting
1. Fit the microswitch and nut (6).
2. Connect the marked cables.
3. Fit the plate with the six screws (3), eight screws
(4), washers and nuts.
