Fitting the silencer (RBH 180)
1. Fit the silencer with the two gaskets (24) and the
four screws (25).
2. Mount the plate behind the engine hood mount
and the engine hood mount (27) with the two
screws (26).
3. Mount the plate (28) with the three screws (29).

Fitting the throttle wire
1. Set the throttle on the instrument panel in the low
position.
2. Thread the wire in the white part of the carburettor
(11).
3. Position the wire and wire sheath (14) in the
mounting clamp (12).
4. Tighten the screw (13) to fix the wire sheath.
5. By moving the choke control on the instrument
panel up and down a few times, ensure that the
choke is fitted correctly.

Fitting the choke wire (RBH 180)
1. Pull out the choke on the instrument panel.
CAUTION
Ensure that the lever (13) is at the rear
position when fitting the wire in the
mounting clamp (15).
2. Insert the wire in the lever (13) and fit it in the
mounting clamp (15).
3. Tighten the screw (14) and, by moving the
choke control up and down a few times, ensure
that the choke is fitted correctly.
