Microswitch underneath the
operator‘s seat
Trouble shooting the microswitch underneath
the operator‘s seat
Measure the resistance between the pins with an
ohmmeter. The resistance between the pins may not
exceed 0.5 when the microswitch is activated.
The microswitch must be replaced if the resistance
is more than 1000 .
Dismantling
1. Fold the operator‘s seat forward.
2. Mark the cables with tape to simplify
identification when refitting.
3. Disconnect cables from the microswitch.
4. Remove the nuts (3), the plate (4), the springs
(5) and the spacer sleeves (6).
5. Remove the microswitch.
Mounting
1. Fit the microswitch in the plate
2. Fit the spacer sleeves (6), springs (5), and the
plate (4) and nuts (3).
3. Push the plate, and make certain that there is
spring-action against the operator‘s seat.
4. Connect the marked cables to the microswitch.
