SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Description
The riding mower is equipped with parts that are
necessary to create maximum safety for the user
and the surroundings.
Safety critical details are as follows:
• Brakes
• Silencer
• Air filter
• Shear pins
• Plastic covers
• Plastic covers and plates
• Needle valve in the carburettor
• Safety switch underneath the operator’s seat
• Safety switch underneath the clutch pedal
• Safety switch for the grass collector
These parts are to be attended to immediately if
damaged or faulty.
Replacement or repair of safety equipment
• Repair and inspection of brakes, see page 86.
• Changing the silencer, see page 57.
• Changing the shear pins, see page 102.
• Changing the safety switch underneath the
operator’s seat, see page 49.
• Changing the safety switch underneath the
