Changing the upper link and
elbow joints
Dismantling
1. Remove the rear plate. (See page 72)
2. Loosen the locknuts (3) half a turn.
3. Remove the elbow joint (5) from the pedal link
(6), and elbow joint (2) from the upper lever (1).
4. Remove the link rod (4) from the elbow joints (2)
and (5).

Mounting
1. Fit the link rod (4) to the elbow joints (2) and (5).
2. The distance between the elbow joints is to be
708 mm.
3. Fit the link rod and elbow joint (5) to the pedal
link (6) and elbow joint (2) to the upper lever (1).
4. Secure the elbow joints on the link rod with the
locknuts (3).
5. Check the settings. (See page 78-79)
6. Fit the rear plate. (See page 79)
