Analog Output
ISO Signal (PIN 2; PIN 6; PIN 7)
The voltage 1 - 5 V of the 3 output signals is dependent on the ISO contamination
class 0.0 - 24.4 (resolution 1 class) as shown in the table below:
ISO code Voltage U
Sensor failture or warm up period U = 0.50 V
ISO 0 U = 1.00 V
ISO 1 U = 1.16 V
ISO 2 U = 1.33 V
ISO 3 U = 1.49 V
ISO 4 U = 1.66 V
ISO 5 U = 1.82 V
ISO 6 U = 1.99 V
ISO 7 U = 2.15 V
ISO 8 U = 2.32 V
ISO 9 U = 2.48 V
ISO 10 U = 2.65 V
ISO 11 U = 2.81 V
ISO 12 U = 2.98 V
ISO 13 U = 3.14 V
ISO 14 U = 3.31 V
ISO 15 U = 3.47 V
ISO 16 U = 3.64V
ISO 17 U = 3.80 V
ISO 18 U = 3.97 V
ISO 19 U = 4.13 V
ISO 20 U = 4.29 V
ISO 21 U = 4.46 V
ISO 22 U = 4.62 V
ISO 23 U = 4.79 V
ISO 24 U = 4.95V
ISO 24.28 U = 5.00 V
The voltage [U] can be calculated for a given ISO contamination class as follows:
U = 1 V + ISO Code x (5 V - 1 V) / 24.28
The ISO contamination class can be calculated for a given current I or voltage U
as follows:
ISO code = (U - 1 V) x (24.28 / 4 V)
