Symbols and marks
The Conformité Européene (CE) mark shows that a product complies with standards to the product
to which the mark is affixed.
The CE mark signifies the manufacturer’s declaration of conformity to applicable European
directives and standards. Only those versions of products with a CE mark found on or near the data
plate have been tested for compliance with the European Low Voltage Directive, the European
Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive, the Pressure Equipment Directive, and the Machinery
Directive.
Identifies the terminal of a protective earth (ground) electrode or a terminal intended to connect to
an external conductor for protection against electric shock in case of a fault
AIR IN
Compressed air that operates the bleed-down valve
COOLING IN
Water-cooled system: Low-pressure supply water or water from a chiller that goes to a heat
exchanger
Air-cooled system: Hydraulic fluid that is returning from an external air cooler
COOLING OUT
Water-cooled system: Low-pressure water from the heat exchanger that goes to a drain or returns
to a chiller
Air-cooled system: Hydraulic fluid that is sent to an external air cooler
CUTTING WATER
IN
Low-pressure water from a water softener, a reverse osmosis system, a well, or a public utility
CUTTING WATER
OUT
Water that has been pressurized by the intensifier for piercing or cutting
