5Hz. The timer immediately starts counting down from the default
time of 10-minutes.
The P button has the function of PAUSE. The UP/ DOWN buttons
increase or decrease the frequency. Clicking or clicking and hold-
ing either button continuously changes the value of the frequency.
Clicking STOP stops the machine vibrating and returns to HOME
SCREEN
Beneath the TIMER bar is a MODE indicator which says MANUAL
MODE.
Also notice that the G-FORCE indicators display not only the
G-FORCE value at each contact position (low / medium / high)
but also colour. The colour indicates that the platform is actually
moving.
The idea behind ‘quick start’ is that a user at the HOME SCREEN
can start using the machine with only one button press. There is
no warning that the machine is about to start as this would intro-
duce an unnecessary delay. There is a delay and warning in all
other operation modes.
