Program Mode - Sub Menu
After clicking PROCEED from the Programs menu you are taken
to that menu item’s sub menu. In this example the user selected
Weight Loss & Fitness.
The sub menu shows which programs are contained in the Weight
Loss & Fitness category. Also listed; the level of diculty, the
number of exercises and the total number of minutes required to
complete the program. T
You can use the ARROW UP/DOWN keys to click through the
available menu options.
Once you have made your selection click the START button to
begin the program.
The LEVEL column indicates how dicult the exercise is. Many
exercises will have three levels to choose from; easy / harder /
hardest. Instead of using words to indicate the level we are using
three bars:
One dark bar = easy
Two dark bars = harder
Three dark bars = hardest
Some exercises do not have a diculty level. These are exercises
like ‘exibility’ and ‘massage’ which are not supposed to be di-
cult or easy - in these exercises, the LEVEL column will be blank.
