Troubleshooting
PROBLEM SOLUTION
There is no power to the LCD
display.
Check the power lead is pushed
rmly into power socket at rear
of machine.
- Turn the power o and then
back on again at the base unit.
- Check both the base unit wire
connector, and the control panel
wire connector are made rmly
with the post connectors.
If there is no light at the power
switch on the rear of the ma-
chine, change the fuse (spare
fuse is supplied inside fuse
holder in mains socket).
The machine is loud and rocks
around on the oor.
- Ensure the machine is on a
rm stable surface.
The platform won’t move and I
can hear the motor running, or
there is a squealing sound.
The internal fan belt may require
adjustment, please contact Hy-
perVibe.
The post is quite loose, espe-
cially at higher speeds.
Some movement in the post is
normal. It can become loose
over time, and the bolts which
attach the post to the base may
require tightening.
