Manual Mode - Starting
When you click PROCEED to start the machine it doesn’t start vi-
brating immediately. Instead it displays “Get Ready” in the NOTI-
FICATION area. This notication ashes on and o for 5 seconds.
For the last 3 times it ashes on, it is accompanied by an audible
beep. This gives the you time to get into position for their desired
exercise.
Notice the G-FORCE indicators are still grey as the platform has
not yet started vibrating.
