Manual Mode Overview
Manual mode gives you full control over the time and frequency
settings on G17 Pro, however in manual mode there are no exer-
cise videos, nor are there any recommended amplitude contract
positions. Manual mode is recommended for experienced users,
or for those who are following a custom made program.
Manual Mode - Quick Start
From the HOME SCREEN press the MANUAL button and the
platform immediately starts vibrating with the default frequency of
