Program Mode - Pause
If at any time you click PAUSE the current exercise along with its
G-FORCE, timer and frequency values will freeze and a “Paused”
notication will be displayed similar to what happens in Manual
mode when it is Paused. You can then choose to RESUME when-
ever you want.
