2.6.1 Wiring of the external pump and 120VAC line
You will need to use a 3 mm blade screwdriver to wire the external pump and the 120VAC line. The image
below illustrates inserting a screwdriver into the slot at the back of the terminal block. This opens the metal
slot (at the front of the block) for insertion of a wire. Simply release the screwdriver to close the metal slot and
to lock the wire in place.

2.6.2 Connecting line voltage - examples for different scenarios
This section provides diagrams for wiring a 120 VAC / 15 amp supply, external Pump – maximum 4 Amps
120 Volts, thermostat connections – Standard TH or OpenTherm (communications thermostat protocol),
external pump control, boiler connection for a call for heat, and connection to an AC or HP unit (air handling
unit side only).
