4. Set Global Communication Options
• Goto System Options (from Main Window), Tab Communication
• Select Multi Bus System, click Store Settings. Password is sivib
Close Record Control and reopen it. This makes the changes in system options active.
Please note that the communication port(s) to the SiViB(s) are opened when Record Control
is launched.
Note: If you have more then one SiViB you will have to repeat steps 1 to 3 for each SiViB.
First do step 1 for all instruments, then step 2 for all and so on. Step 4 is common for all
instruments.
