3278 Switch Control Unit Feature
The Switch Control Unit feature provides a switch (Figure 4-7) that enables you
to connect your 3278 Display Station to either
of
two control units (designated
CUI and CU2). Your organization's operating procedures may have you switch
from one control unit
to
the other to perform different tasks.
To switch from one control unit to another:
1.
Set the Normal/Test switch on the 3278
to
Test.
2. Set the
Control Unit Selector switch to the position that selects the desired
control unit
(CUI or CU2).
3. Return the Normal/Test switch on the 3278 to Normal.
