Pressing the
~.
key when the keyboard
is
in Non-Text (Downshift or Upshift)
Mode or Text (Downshift or Upshift) Mode causes a ill character
to
be displayed
at the cursor location and the New Line function
to
occur. When the
~
key
is
pressed with the ALT key held down, the
EEl
symbol
is
displayed
but
the New
Line function does not occur.
The normal New Line function
is
located
on
the front
of
the Insert (
~
) key.
The
normal New
tine
function can
be
activated only when the ALT key
is
held
down.
