3. Remove the screw holding the assembly
to
the
lower frame. (The screw
is
located
at
the bottom
center
of
the assembly.)
4.
Slide the assembly partially from the display sta-
tion,
and disconnect the two cables connected on
the back of the
assembly.
5.
Slide the assembly from the display station.
6.
Reinstall in
the
reverse sequence.
7.
Use
the adjustment procedure
in
paragraph 5.4
for the +44 V power
supply.
6.2.2
AC
Capacitor
1.
Holding the insulated handle
of
a screwdriver,
short
out
the capacitor terminals with a metal
shaft
to
discharge the capacitor.
2.
Remove the rubber cover from the top
of
the
capacitor (see Figure
4-3). and slide it back on the
wire
leads.
3.
Pull
the two leads from the capacitor terminals.
4.
Pull
the capacitor from the spring holder.
5.
Reinstall
in
the
reverse sequence. (This capacitor
has
no
polarity.)
6.2.3 Prime Power Box
1.
Disconnect the cable connectors plugged into
the
rear and
top
of the prime power box (see Figure
4-3).
2.
Remove the ac capacitor
as
described
in
paragraph 6.2.2.
3.
Disconnect the line cord from the receptacle
if
not previously done.
4.
Remove the two screws holding the prime power
box
to
the front
of
the
frame.
5.
Remove the assembly from the machine.
6.
Reinstall
in
the reverse sequence.
6.2.4 Ferrotransformer
1.
Remove the low-voltage power supply shield.
2. Remove the leads from
the
ac capacitor
as
described
in
paragraph 6.2.2.
3.
USA/Canada: Remove
the
ferro connector from
the prime power
assembly.
