t Push [PTT] to make a Phone call to the target telephone
station.
• The LED indicator
(for Handhelds) or Transmit indicator (for Mo-
biles) lights red.
• Beeps (PiPi) sound after the Phone call is connected to the tar-
get telephone station.
• If your Phone call is not connected, push [Digital Button] (or
[Phone]) to return to normal operation.
y Hold down [PTT] and speak into the microphone.
u Release [PTT] to receive.
i After conversation is finished, push [Digital Button] (or
[Phone]) to disconnect the Phone call and return to nor-
mal operation.
D Receiving
Not available on Non-display types.
q When a Phone call is received;
• The LED indicator
(for Handhelds) or Busy indicator (for Mobiles)
lights green.
• Ringers sound.
• “PHONE CALL” blinks.
• The phone number of the calling telephone station is displayed.

• “ ” (for Handhelds) or “ ” (for Mobiles) blinks.
