D Clearing the tactical group in zone 128
— Individual channel clearing
q Push [CH Up] or [CH Down], or rotate [CH Up/Down] to
select the channel which you wish to clear from zone 128,
then turn power OFF.
w For Handheld transceivers:
While pushing [I] and [III], rotate [VOL] to turn power ON.
For Mobile transceivers:
While pushing [P1] and [P3], push [
] to turn power
ON.
• “CLEAR ?” is displayed.
• Turn power OFF to cancel clearing.
e Push [Ω]
(for Handhelds) or [P0]
(for Mobiles) to clear the se-
lected channel from zone 128.
• “CLEARED” is displayed.

— Zone clearing
q Push [CH Up] or [CH Down], or rotate [CH Up/Down] to
select a channel in zone 128, then turn power OFF.
w For Handheld transceivers:
While pushing [I] and [III], rotate [VOL] to turn power ON.
For Mobile transceivers:
While pushing [P1] and [P3], push [

• “CLEAR ?” is displayed.
• Turn power OFF to cancel clearing.

select “ALL CLEAR ?”.
r Push [Ω]

zone data from zone 128.
• “ALL CLEARED” is displayed.
