Units are delivered from the factory in the unlocked state.
If the unit is locked, it is possible to indicate the current setting for the
switch points, for monitoring excess flow and for output function S2.
Use the programming menu for indicating.
After mounting, wiring and setting check whether the unit operates
correctly.
• When the supply voltage is applied, all LEDs light and go off one
after the other. During this time both outputs are switched accord-
ing to the programming: ON with the N.O. function and OFF with
the N.C. function
• The unit is then ready for operation and passes into run mode. The
current flow (LED bar green / run mode flow) or the current tem-
perature (LED bar red / run mode temperature) is indicated.
• To change between run mode flow and run mode temperature:
press the Mode/Enter button for at least 2s.
• The unit starts with the mode, in which it was last in operation prior
to being switched off.
Failure indication:
5 left LEDs flashing in case of short-circuit at the switching output S1;
5 right LEDs flashing in case of short-circuit at the switching output
S2.
Recommended maintenance
Check the sensor tip for build-up from time to time. Clean it with a
soft cloth. If necessary, build-up which adheres firmly (e.g. lime) can
be removed with a common vinegar cleansing agent.
