4 Description of the system
4.1 Components of the system
The system consists of several modules assembled in one housing.
Inside the housing there are:
mains cable,
microprocessor controlled induction generator DM-type,
middle-frequency transformer,
oscillating circuit capacities and
pneumatic (magnet-) valves.
The front plate contains:
front panel for control of the casting process.
To the melting system belongs:
inductor housing, water cooled with inductor, crucible, insulations
and thermocouple.
