9.2 CE Certification
9.2.1 Introduction to CE Certification

● The CE mark is required for commercial trades (including manufacture, import,
and sale) in Europe to indicate compliance with the directives for safety (LVD),
electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and environmental protection (RoHS).
● The CE mark is required for engaging in commercial business (production,
importation, and distribution) in Europe.
● This product conforms to the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic
Compatibility (EMC) Directive, and Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
Directive, and is therefore marked with CE.
● Machines and devices integrated with this product must also be CE certified for
distribution in Europe.
