Open Charms, touch Settings, then Change PC settings.
2. Touch PC and devices.

3. Touch Search and apps, then Notifications.
4. Use the available options to change your app notifications.
Change notification display time
1.
Open Charms, touch Settings, then Change PC settings.
2. Touch Ease of Access.
Tip
If you don't see the option that you need, touch to go back to the
main menu.
3. Touch Other options, then use the drop-down under Show
notifications for to change your setting.
