Pasteurize Milk
Add milk to inner pot, then insert
inner pot into cooker base.
Place and close lid. Turn steam release handle to
“Venting” position.
Select Yogurt. Press again to toggle to “More”.
Display will read “boiL”.
After 10 seconds
cooker will beep 3 times.
When the target
temperature is reached, the
cooker will beep 10 times, return
to Standby and display “yogt”.
Remove lid and use
thermometer to check temperature.
Milk must reach a minimum of 161°F
(71°C) for pasteurization to occur.
