–ALWAYSprovidetheliftserialnumbertoassist
inorderingthecorrectreplacementparts.
–DONOTovertightenthemountinghardware.
Thiswilldamagethemountingbracket.

wiresduringassemblyanddisassemblyofthelift.
–Activatetheemergencystopbeforeassemblyor
disassemblytoprevententrapment/squeezing.
–Taketheutmostcarewhenliftingcomponents
duringassembly.Somepartsareheavy.Always
remembertoadoptthecorrectliftingposition.
Thefollowingtoolsarerequiredtoassemblethe
patientlift:1/2”wrench(spanner)and3/16”Allen
key.
Ifthereareanyissuesorquestionsduringassembly,
contactalocalInvacarerepresentative.Refertothe
contactinformationinthebackofthismanual.
4.3AssemblingtheMasttotheBase
