Duringassemblyormaintenanceofthelift,it
maybenecessarytomanuallyraisetheboomor
spreaderbar.
–DoNOTreleasetheboomorspreaderbar
whileraisingthemmanually.Afterassembly
ormaintenanceiscomplete,slowlylowerthe
boomorspreaderbartotheoriginalposition
beforereleasingthelift.
–Nevermanuallyraisetheboomarmwhile
usingthelift.
1.UnplugtheboomactuatorAfromthecontrolboxB
onthemastassembly.Threadtheactuatorleadthrough
theactuatorleadroutingholeinthemastassembly.
2.Removethehardwarethatsecuresthetopoftheboom
actuatortotheboomactuatormountingbracketC.
a.RemovetherubbercapsDfromthetopofthe
boomactuator .
b.RemovethesocketheadscrewE,washerF,bearing
G,nylonwashersH,bushingI,bearing,washer,
atwasherJandlocknutK.
ManuallylowertheboomLcarefullytoa
restingpositionafterthetopoftheboom
actuatorisremovedfromtheboomactuator
mountingbracket.
