3.Removethehardwarethatsecuresthebottomofthe
boomactuatortotheboomactuatormastmounting
bracket.
a.Removetherubbercapsfromthelocknutandsocket
headscrew.
b.Removethesocketheadscrew,washer,bearing,
nylonwashers,bushing,bearing,washer,atwasher
andlocknut.
4.ReverseSTEPS1–3toreplacetheboomactuator .
CAUTION!
Improperassemblymaycauseinjuryordamage.
–DONOTovertightenthemountinghardware.
Thiswilldamagethemountingbracket.
8.6ReplacingtheLegActuators
Thisprocedureshouldonlybeperformedbya
qualiedtechnician.
IfthelegsAofthepatientliftdonotopenand
closeproperly,itmaybenecessarytoreplaceoneor
bothofthelegactuators.
