Bar Incoming Calls
This feature allows you to place calls, but refuses
incoming calls. Callers hear a recording telling them
that you are unavailable. To be sure not to miss a
call, see “Using Detailed Call Forwarding” on
page 92.
To bar incoming calls:
1. Follow the steps in “Getting to Call
Barring...” to get to
Bar Incoming Calls, and
then press
O
to select. Your phone takes a
moment to request the current setting from
the network.
2. Press
M
to scroll to
When Roaming
,
All Calls
,
or
Off, and then press
O
to select. You will
see
Enter Password.
3. Enter your bar password, and then
press
O
. You will see Call Barring On or Call
Barring Off
.
4. Press and hold
C
to exit the menu.
