Steady-State Spins
Steady-state spins are still considered OCF because a control input in any given
axis does not have an immediate effect in that axis in the normal sense of the
control.
For example, a right aileron input in a left spin will not arrest the roll rotation.
Altitude loss during a typical steady-state spin is approximately 4500 feet for a 6-
turn spin.
NOTE
The aircraft has shown an overall resistance to unintentional spins. However,
the aircraft may enter a departure or OCF during various control
misapplications, particularly at low airspeed and high power.
