easily

burnt or
sooted,
which
will
cause
poorenginestarting,
irregu-
lar
rotation,
poor output,etc.

installing theplug, takecarenot
to
damage
the
threads.
First,
screw
itin
with your fingers and then tighten it
withaplug
wrench.
ADJUSTING
THE
THROTTLE
WIRE
An improperly adjusted throttle wire
will cause engine malfunction.
ADJUSTMENT
1.Turn the throttle lever to the HIGH
position
(~).
2. Align thesaddle-shapedpart ofthecon-
trol arm with the
06-mm
hole in the
control panel as shown in the illustra-
tion and insert a
06-mm
pin or M6 bolt
through the hole.
3. Pull the throttle cable sheath to remove
slack and tighten the cable clamp bolt.
4. Turn the choke set-screw counter-
clockwise until it detaches the control
arm.Then tum itbackuntilitjusttouch-
es the control arm.
5. Remove the
06-mm
pin or M6 bolt and
turn the throttle lever to the chokeposi-
tion
(lSI). Make sure that the choke link
is moved to the left end.
Note:
- Ne pas utiliser de bougie autre que
celle
recommandee.

REGLAGE
DU
CABLE
D'
ACCELERATEUR
Un reglage incorrect
peut
entrainer un
mauvais fonctionnement du moteur.
REGLAGE
1.Mettrela manette des gaz en accelera-
tion maximum
(~).
2. Faire comciderla pointe de la biellette
de commandeavec le trou 0 6 mm deIa
platine (voir figure), et placer une pige
ou une vis 0 6 dans Ie trou.
3. Tendre la gaine du
cable de commande
de gaz et bloquer la vis de
l'
etrier de
maintien.
4. Desserrer la vis de reglage du starter
jusqu'a
ce qu'elle ne touche plus la
biellettedecommande,puis laresserrer
legerement; elle doit juste affleurer la
biellette.
5. Oter la pige ou la vis 0 6, et mettre la
manette
d'accelerateur
en position
starter
(lSI); verifier alors que la biel-
lette de starter se deplace bien vers la
gauche.
