Calibrating the fl ow rate
k Check and, if necessary, enter
the ID code of the mounted
pumphead (page 16)
1 Change the mode to
PUMP Flow rate.
Enter the required fl ow rate
with the

keys.
2 Change the mode to
DISP Time.
Enter 60 seconds by using
the
5
6
keys
Start the pump with RUN/STOP
k The pump stops automati-
cally after 60 sec.
k Measure the dispensed li-
quid by volume or weight and
calibrate the ascertained value
as follows:
3 Return to the mode
PUMP Flow rate.
4 Press the CAL button
(displayed value blinks)
k The resolution of the LED
display changes automatically
to 4 digits. Enter the weighed
or measured value with the

keys
5 Confi rm with the CAL key
(the fl ow rate setting returns
automatically to the initially
entered set point)
6 Start with the RUN/STOP key
k Depending on the application
conditions repeated calibration
may be necessary.

k La pompe s’arrête automa-
tiquement après 60 secondes
k Déterminer le liquide dosé
selon le volume ou le poids et
calibrer la valeur ainsi obtenue
comme suit:
3 Passer avec la touche MODE
sur PUMP Flow rate.
4 Presser la touche CAL
(l’affi chage clignote)
k L’affi chage LED adopte au-
tomatiquement l’affi chage à 4
signes. Saisir la valeur pesée ou
mesurée avec les touches

5 Mémoriser avec la touche CAL
(le débit retourne maintenant
automatiquement à la valeur
préréglée initialement)
6 Mettre en route avec RUN/STOP
k En fonction des conditions
d’application, il peut être néces-
saire de calibrer plusieurs fois.
