8. Faults
8.1. Error messages
The appliance has three types of error message which are displayed
on the screen, namely:
● HMI error on page 38
● Blocking on page 38
● Locking on page 39
ä Caution!
If the appliance continues to malfunction or the same error
occurs repeatedly, contact your installer or service organisation.
Tip
Consult Diagnosis of error messages on page 40 to rectify any
error.
8.1.1. HMI error

H1 — Software error
H2 — Hardware fault
H3 — Software error

The LED indicator is continuously lit in red.
● The unit continues to operate.
● Try to resolve an HMI ERROR by clearing the error messages;
see M5. ERROR RESET on page 32.
8.1.2. Blocking

B00 128 Power is too low
B01 129 Software error
B02 130 Reset failed
B03 131 Safety thermal cut-out
B04 132 Time not set

The LED flashes red slowly.
● The appliance remains in operation but certain functions are
disabled.
● When the cause has been rectified, the message disappears.
The unit will then operate normally again.
● Try to resolve a BLOCK by clearing the error messages; see M5.
