If the vehicle is not used for a long time, the cathode terminal of battery should be disconnected.
Check
charging
condition
of
battery.
3. Check
1)
Visual
inspect
Check
terminals
of
battery for
damage and electrolyte leakage.
If
any,
replace.
2)
V
oltage
inspection: Inspect
batter
for proper
voltage. (The
following parameters
is
for reference
only)
If U>13.2V, inspect
the
electrical system.
If
12.5V<U<12
.9V
,
the
system
is
normal.
If
11V<U<12.4V,
inspect
charging
system.
If U<11V, the battery is damaged or
the charging system has trouble. Please inspect charging
system and battery.
4.
Dismantlement
and
installation
1) Dismantlement
The ignition switch should
be t
urned to
the
“OFF” position.
Disconnect
the
negative
terminal.
Dismount the
positive
terminal
of
battery and
the fixed bolts of battery pressure plate, and
then take off the
pressure plate.
T
ake
off
the
battery.
T
ake
off
the
bracket
of
battery.
