fuel
tank
service
cap.

filter
and

pipe.

Be aware of following precautions to install with
steps contrary to
dismantlem

fuel
filter

Towards inlet tube.

pipe
fitting.

Post-installation
inspection
Check for any fuel leakage with following steps.
①

Turn ignition sw
itch to “ON” (with eng
ine stopped),
and then chec
k for leaka
ge at the join
ts of fuel
pipeline.

Start engine an
d run with increas
ed speed, che
ck again fo
r fuel leak
age at the joints o
f fuel pipe
line.

Inspect the Evaporator passag
e of Fuel Evaporative Emiss
ion System (EVAP)
1)
Visually check
whether the
installation po
sition of
EVAP evaporat
or pipeline is correct, and if it is
free from leakage, crack, damage, loose connection, scratching or
ageing etc.
2)
Check vacuu
m release
valve of fu
el tank c
ap for bloc
kage or s
ticking etc.

1. Inspection

Exhaust
System
Check for proper positions of exhaust pipe, muffler and fixed support, and anyleakage, crack, damage,
loose connection, worn or
ageing.
