Threading the Machine
•
Threading the needle thread
* Raise the presser foot.
* Turn the handwheel to bring the take-up lever to its
highest position.
* Turn off the power switch.
Draw the end of the thread with your left hand and
pass it under the thread guide (A) then hook
around the thread guide (B) while holding the spool
with your right hand.

Draw the end of the thread down around the thread
guide plate and draw it up.

Firmly draw up the thread up to the take-up lever,
and down into the eye of the thread take-up lever
from the right to left.

Slip the thread in the needle bar thread guide on
the left.

threader.
